We create, among others, IT contracts, in particular: license, implementation (including Agile model), maintenance, SaaS software and B2B agreements.
MEDICAL INDUSTRY
We help in transforming medical or nursing practice into a commercial law company, we carry out the registration procedure of a medical entity, we advise on conducting current operations, taking into account the specifics of the medical industry and we develop necessary internal documentation. We settle claims concerning contracts concluded with the National Health Fund.

She specializes in broadly understood transaction advisory matters in the area of commercial law for domestic and foreign entities. She drafts and gives opinions on contracts for business clients, represents their interests in negotiations. She advises on the ongoing service of corporate commercial law companies, supports Clients in the registration processes of Polish and foreign companies, sales of enterprises and transformations of commercial law companies. She also provides legal services for the IT,
e-commerce, banking and medical entities sectors. She is a specialist in the field of family and guardianship law. She provides legal assistance in English, French and Italian.
